When partnering with Luxx Hut:

§ The landlord remains protected with $1,000,000.00 policy through Airbnb’s platform
§ Just know that renter’s insurance it’s provided with every property.
§ You benefit from constant professional inspections and maintenances. How constant? Every time a guest checks in and out!
§ A monthly property report is emailed to each Luxx Hut partner, and it includes pictures, maintenance records, and so much more!
§ You won’t have to worry about who is enjoying or destroying your property because our partner platform, Airbnb, performs background checks on every tenant prior to check in
§ We welcome highly rated tenants only. How? Luxx Hut only accepts 4+ stars rated tenants. (Five stars is the best).
§ Landlords may cancel a lease by issuing a 60 days’ notice to Luxx Hut. No questions asked!

Traditional Leasing
§ Leasing the traditional way:
§ Your rent could be delayed, or not paid at all
§ Most renters do not carry a $1,000,000.00 policy to help you protect your property
§ Renter’s insurance remains as an option, and most renters opt out
§ No inspection reports. No pictures
§ Most traditional contracts and The State of Florida Law protect the tenant (especially now during the current pandemic)
